Yes — every new organization gets a 14-day free trial with full access, no credit card required.

Do you store patient health records?⌄

No. BME Cloud tracks biomedical equipment — asset registers, maintenance, and compliance records — not individual patients. It isn't designed or intended to store patient health information.

Is GST included in the prices shown?⌄

No — prices shown are the taxable base. GST (currently 18%) is calculated and added on every invoice.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?⌄

Yes, anytime from your Billing page. Paying annually saves 10% compared to 12 months paid monthly.

What happens if I reach my plan's limits?⌄

You'll be prompted to upgrade before adding more locations, equipment, or users — nothing you've already entered is ever deleted or hidden.

What if a payment is missed?⌄

We allow a short grace period after the due date before access is limited, and admins are notified so it can be resolved before anything is interrupted.
